Artists - Aaron Ballard

Melissa Higgins cut her recording teeth during her junior high school days, playing and singing with a number of area bands. It all came together when, during her time as a student at Kent State, she joined the band Unco-Quid, recording and releasing their CD, "Apparitions."

Since recording her contribution to this project, "How To Spend A Lazy Afternoon," she has moved on to being Manager of Education for the new Akron Art Museum. She continues to pursue music in various side projects and studio sessions throughout the area.
